Obsessed with my experience here! Janet did such a phenomenal job with my haircut, extreme attention to detail and tailored the cut to fit my very textured and frizzy hair! She was an absolute star - could not recommend more. Will definitely be back!

I knew I wanted to get my hair done in CDMX while I was visiting. I did some research online before booking my appointment and I'm SO glad I booked at Room 98. I had a fading balayage and long hair that was long overdue for a trim. I decided to freshen up my highlights, balayage and get a haircut - the results were incredible!! I was there for about 4 hours and from start to finish, I had a full service treatment. The owner started by giving me a consultation and an initial cut. Then, Fernada and Alejandro took over and were incredibly attentive and delivered great results. I'm VERY happy with my results!!

I’ve been traveling a lot for work and haven’t had time to see my normal guy. Did an impromptu haircut with Alonso and loved it so much I went back for color later in the week. I’m so happy with the salon and their work- I’d recommend to any of my friends!

I went in for a haircut and after inspecting my hair, Fernanda offered a treatment which I thought was much needed for my hair too. I am very satisfied with the haircut the director Alonso gave me. Fernanda was also very friendly. Booking an appointment via WhatsApp was also very fast and easy.

Wow, I loved this salon SO much that I came here a total of 3 times during my stay in Mexico. Jade is so lovely, a true artista when she cut my hair the first time. I got my hair styled the second time and was so pleased I decided to get my roots touched up. Jessica and Carla did a FANTASTIC JOB and I’m leaving Room98 looking like an actual rockstar.

I was an American visiting and could not find a hair salon open on Monday. This place was open and I had no idea what to expect. I ended up with one of the best blow outs with a wave that I have ever had. The stylist didn't speak any English but she knew just what to do.

I just finished with my haircut and it is truly one of the best haircuts I've ever had. It started off with Fernanda giving me such a great wash while letting me know how my hair is and recommended a hydrating treatment that truly made my hair feel the softest ever! Then it got even better with Janet who took her time in explaining what would work best with my hair type and length. She talked through every step and asked to make sure I liked it throughout the whole process. The whole experience was great and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in a great haircut, I know I'll be back when I'm in Mexico City.
